TERMS & WARRANTY
WARRANTY:
Incurve Forged Wheels carry a 2 year warranty on factory powder coated finishes (Multi pc). Our finish warranty covers flaking, peeling and fading. Our warranty does not cover: rock chips, curb rash, abrasive cleaning tools used on the wheel, car washes, improper chemical use or normal wear and tear. Please contact us for guidance on how to properly care for your new forged wheels.
Incurve Forged Wheels carry a limited lifetime structural warranty. Structural warranty pertains to the center portion of the wheel (Multi pc.) and the spokes on 1pc. Inners & Outers are not covered under our lifetime structural warranty. Warranty is void if the wheels are refinished outside of our facility, driving damage such as hitting a pothole, improper tire size, re-drilling of wheels, track, drag or road course use, or if the wheel has been taken apart outside of our facility.
Should a warranty issue arise, the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges back to our facility. The wheels must be properly packaged as we are not liable for any damage that happens during the shipping process. Prior to sending your wheels in for a warranty claim, you must contact us for authorization; photos are required. Once the wheels are received, if it is found to be a valid claim, we will fix the item at no cost to you and ship them back once work is complete. If it is found that the warranty claim is due to no fault of our own, the client will pay all associated costs of repair & shipping.
We are not responsible for charges associated with the dismounting of tires and only accept returns of wheels not on tires. We highly recommend keeping your OEM wheels & tires should a warranty issue arise as we will not be responsible for storage fees. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product with a sales receipt; wheels must be purchased from an authorized retailer
Our wheels are not intended for track use and warranty will be void if the vehicle is tracked while using these wheels.

RETURN POLICY / PRODUCTION TIMES / FINISHING:
Incurve Forged Wheels are 100% made-to-order. Our wheels are manufactured specifically to our clients wants, such as color - size - and vehicle fitment. Our wheels are not off the shelf fitments and are intended for use only on the vehicle that they are ordered for. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any circumstances; your deposit is non-refundable and you are entering into a signed agreement with our company. We require a 50% deposit and the balance is due within 3 business days of your order being completed. If final payment is not made within this time frame, you may be subject to storage fees or the loss of your deposit and your order being sold to cover your debt.
Incurve Forged Wheels are custom built and can take long periods of time to produce. At the time of order, we offer a suggested build time, however we DO NOT guarantee build times on standard builds. If you need your wheels by a specific date, we do offer guaranteed build times for an additional fee; please ask your sales rep for more information on this option. We recommend keeping your OEM wheels & tires should your wheels ever need repair.
All of our 3 pc. wheels come standard with a powdercoat finish, unless otherwise specified. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the shade of color they order is what they want. Photos may be edited, which may slightly change the hue of certain colors. We are happy to provide recommendations to our clients, but no guarantee is given. Wheels are not returnable solely based on not liking the way a color looks. On translucent colors, coloring may vary from one set to the next. Translucent colors are very difficult to shoot and we make no guarantee on the shading of color. The same applies for replacement wheels with translucent colors.

WHEEL FITMENTS / TIRES / MOUNTING:
Incurve Forged Wheels are 100% made to order vehicle specific wheels. We offer many different options when placing an order to make your set unique. Our team of engineers have a database of suggested fitments for every vehicle on the road. Unless specified, your wheels will be manufactured using these specs. Fitment is a matter of opinion and we understand in this industry there will be clients who want a more aggressive setup on their vehicle than our standard. We are more than happy to build your wheels using the specs that you provide to us, however, please note that fitment is not guaranteed and you are responsible for any fitment issues that may arise. This includes, but is not limited to: tire sizing, body modifications and suspension modifications.
It is HIGHLY SUGGESTED that you use an experienced custom wheel shop that specializes in forged wheels when installing our product. Inexperienced tire shops may not have the proper equipment needed to properly mount your tires and may even cause damage to your wheels. Incurve Wheels is NOT responsible for any damage caused during the mounting process, this includes: scratches on the inner & outer portions of the wheel (Multi pc.) or the seal of the wheel being broken during installation (Multi pc.). Our wheels are tested for leaking issues prior to leaving our facility.
Please confirm fitment and order details prior to mounting to tires; it is required you report any discrepancies prior to mounting. Once wheels are mounted to tires, ownership is assumed by the purchaser and the wheels are considered used and ineligible for a warranty exchange under any circumstances.
Aftermarket lugs are always suggested when using aftermarket wheels. We are not responsible for improper lugs being used on your new wheels and any damage that they may cause to the finish. Lugs are not included with your order.
Stretched tires leave a wheel vulnerable under normal driving conditions when compared to a properly sized tire. Vehicles using improper tire sizes are more vulnerable to curbing, bending or cracking a wheel. While certain fitments may look great, they are not recommended for daily driving and may require extensive vehicle modification to fit correctly. Should you chose to run improperly sized tires, you are voiding any structural warranty.
SHIPPING:
1 & 2 pc. Forged Wheels
One and two-piece wheels are shipped via *Air Freight-Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) directly from our factory overseas.
*Please Note: Air Freight-DDP takes approximately 14-17 days for delivery. The process follows shipping via airline to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), customs clearance, and ground transportation to the destination. Tracking will only be provided once it reaches the ground transportation step. Should any product arrive damaged, the purchaser is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Incurve Wheels will not replace any damaged product prior to a claim being funded.
3 pc Forged Wheels
Three-piece wheels are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground directly from our factory in California.
The purchaser may schedule their own pickup, with consent from Incurve Wheels prior to shipping. Purchaser is responsible for all pickup and shipping charges associated with the shipment.
Shipping charges DO NOT include customs/import taxes or any other fees associated with importing of wheels. Please check with your local government prior to purchase.
FULLY INSURED SHIPMENTS REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
Should any product arrive damaged, the purchaser is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Incurve Wheels will not replace any damaged product prior to a claim being funded.
